This is one of the worst electricity company ever. ****** who will bill you for anything and everything. firstly, I activated my account for R1100, and I was told R700 is a refundable deposit. I sent them a notice of cancellation when i moved out from that particular complex and notified them to cancel my account - 30 November 2023 only to be told a refund will only be done on the 15th of February 2024. They kept billing that account even though there was no one living in that apartment and the landlord confirmed I had moved out 01/12/2023. Till today i have not received my refund, I was told they billed till the 15th of December 2023. what were they billing when the apartment was empty, and a notice was given? Be aware of any complex using FUNGI UTILITIES and don't sign up, those people are ****** and *******.
