Fungi needs to be shut down, they are taking advantage of people as they fully aware that we have no other option but to use them for basic needs like water, electricity and gas... SHOCKING!!

I have no idea how this company is still allowed to trade. Absolute bazaar billing, totally over charged for the 12 months I lived in a property that use Fungi. You have to pay a deposit before activating your account, but only gets refunded 45days after you closed your account. Sent through 10mails with a cancelation form first on the day I moved out 11 days later after numerous tickets I get a response to say well received and my account will be closed. Fast forward a week later and my account still active and my account in a -R290. How is this allowed.
