I have requested weeks ago a detailed explanation of why my balance suddenly went from R1250 to R400 in the space of a day and you give no response. I am making a complaint regarding you ****ing ridiculous charge for gas. You can purchase a 9KG of gas for R320 from most suppliers which come to R35 per KG. You are charging us over R55 per KG yet you state that because you buy in bulk we get a good deal on the gas. If this isn't addressed soon i will reffer this to the Consumer goods ombudsman and the National consumer commission and potentially a civil suit. I am not the only on in Fish Eagle View with this viewpoint, our community group is full of complaints daily on your service and bull****.
