Before you move into any complex ask about Fungi Utilities. If they use this company walk away. Daylight ******* this place. My lease started 1 May 2024 but the unit was not occupied 1 May I only moved in 25 May. The unit was empty and main switch was OFF. My costs was R659 for 25 days and it was empty. We struggle with water at Olivewood Village Kempton now and I don't have water 98% of the time but I get charged managenent fee and usage for water I don't have. I have been away for businesd now for 8 days. I stay alone. Place empty but got charged R8.75, R 9,67, R17, 43 for water used. They answer no questions and if you don't "top up" your wallet where they deduct as they please they just cut your electricity and you will pay R450 reconnection fee. They feel zip because they can. They are ********s and no one does anything because these *******s know we can't do anything. Where is the Ombudsman?
