Biggest **** Fungi Utiliies

I'm very upset with this company, they are just a ****, they accelerate consumption of their services, when I moved into an estate that uses them as a service provider back in September all was well their billing was like most other providers, to be specific water charges where R180, (2 bed apartment), out of no where in October water is R785, and it seems they do not give you the free 6kl of water, On top of that they came up with a story that another client of them mistakenly deposited money into my account (R1600), which is fishy because to make a deposit you log into your account and add a bank card, which is saved for future deposits so your card is linked to your account with them, so how does another client deposit money into an account that's not linked to them, but after reading some reviews its clear that, the R1600 was put into my account intentionally, now they've put my account on -R1600 and I'm liable to pay this amount else I won't have electricity, water and gas.... seeing that i'm not the only client this has happen to leads me to believe that this company is just a **** BIG **** and its been *****ing people money. The general manager phoned me reassuring me that its a mistake and I won't be impacted only to change his story after, I advice everyone to stay aways from these guys and estates that use them, as you'll be working and living to give fungi utilities your hard earned money for a sh*ty experience and service.
