Beware! Overcharging!

By reading previous reviews it has solidified my suspicions, after being charged R550 for one days use of electricity (unrealistic) as I wasn't even home.. It's safe to say that this company is definitely manipulating the cost of utilities for their profit gains on top of the absurd management & network fees each month.

Becareful of this company and make sure you know the cost per unit and do your own calculations to ensure you are being billed correctly.

Also they take weeks to even respond to queries based upon monetary errors from their side but will disconnect you in a heartbeat.
