Bad service from Fungi Utilities!

We have been emailing and calling Fungi Utilities since beginning of Nov'20 for our refund and we still haven't received this. The lady who helped me via he WhatsApp line beginning of Nov said that this will be paid back within 30 days and we are still waiting. I called a few times as well and asked that they confirm on mail when I will receive my refund, guy who helped me assured me that he will put this on mail and again, nothing. Really not acceptable
