Still deducting premium for my late mother

I have written here on hellopeter about liberty funeral policy taking premiums for my late mother, they attended the matter sent my payslip as proof that they are still taking the premium, I got the email confirming that the matter is resolved and they payed me the months they took after mom passed away, unfortunately they never stopped since May I’ve been sending emails informing them that they are still deducting the premium and I get no answer, I guess writing on Hellopeter is the only way they will respond, Liberty funeral I want my money please and cancel the policy because clearly you r not a company that I can trust please
