I'm very much impressed with absa funeral policy,more special they way the deal with their customers,i had grieves with my cover but I was quickly help one of absa consultant by the name of Polvy mankga...thanks for the wonderful service...

They didn't not pay out my claim and came with an excuse that there was a mistake with the info i provided and the one on their system
They didn't not pay out my claim and came with an excuse that there was a mistake with the info i provided and the one on their system. And they refunded the premiums for the only member that passed on. Why don't they refund all the monthly premiums I've been paying since i joined, This is a ****😡😡😡😡They should have just admited that the wrong is on their site and deal with their stuff that helped me join and give me my funeral claims.
