Poor service

My father a pensioner has a policy with FNB under Liberty they decided to not debit for 3 months now they send a letter that the policy has lapsed, he had money in his account they decided not to debit, we'll he went to FNB branch in limpopo to ask they couldn't help they took him from pillar to post.
