Pathetic Service

I went to Standard Riversquare Branch in Three Rivers on Sat 2/11/24 to do a funeral claim.The consultant did all the paper work and he showed me that the email was send.According to Std Fun Claims the turnaround time is 48 hours.We are on day five since the claim which is equivalent to 120 hours.The policy hasn't been paid.I phoned yesterday on the 7/11/2024 to follow up and was told that all the documentation was correct and the assessor is busy and pay out will be done during the course of the day.Nothing happened and I called the funeral claims again today 8/11/2024 I was told the same thing.When i asked to speak to the supervisor I was told she cannot come to the phone.How am i suppose to bury my aunt without money.
