Funeral policy

Very disappointed with the outcome of my query. All I wanted was for someone to explain to me why I am paying more than R20 000.00 for a policy that has a value of R10 000.00. I have already paid in 26 years and still have another 11 years to pay. ABSA's response it is a fix policy and if I am not happy with the outcome of their investigation I can take it up with the ombudsman
