Fnb SA doesn't pay out my funeral cover.

Fnb South Africa. Funeral Cover. My name is Phillip Botha. I took funeral cover for me and my fiance more than 4 years ago. During this time I didn't miss one payment on the funeral cover. Fnb even calls me from time to time to increase the cover and I agreed on that. There is no hassles with policy. Everything is fine. It is now almost a month ago my wife passed away. I ve been to the branch twice to fill in the claim forms but they doesn't come back to me or pay out the cover. On numerous email communication they didn't come back to me. I have really thought that they are one of the better banks to deal with. But yes they proof me wrong. So please think twice before you deal with them.
