My husband opened an account at full house in 2022 we did buy a fridge there since then they've debit order every month from his bank account and since last year we've been in and out of full house because they said we are 3 months behind we took all our bank statements to them they have seen it but they said they have never received the money our question to them was where did the money go to the manager told us they don't know we don't know what else to do because we've got the proof and they've been telling us they will get in touch with us but nothing and my husband got a bad credit score because of them
