very bad

After my last complaint with fruit and veg the store manager in Somerset mall called me and confronted me about my complaint. I was really victimised insulted on that call, I though I was going to leave it just like that but noits not right to do so as he willd it to some one else. He needs torespect people and know that as customers we have rights to complain if we are not happy
