Unhappy

<p>I went to Fruit and Veg Willowbridge on Saturday 20 May. After doing my shopping, I came back to find that someone scratched my car on both sides. The mall video footage is too poor - due to distance - to get any info of this person. Although I was received very friendly by the manager, and she tried to get some footage, the camera that would have picked up the what and the who, did not work! Apart from the frustration, I just think that that is unacceptable to have security cameras for instances like this but then not to keep it in working condition. One can also see on the footage, that the car gaurd and other security, was standing with their backs to the vehicles on their cellphones. </p> <p>Due to the camera not working, I will not be able to find the person who scratched my car and therefore the damage is for my own pocket.</p> <p>Please maintain your infrastructure and make sure that your franchises also do.</p>
