Trolley

<p>Hi there.</p> <p>I must say after almost 6 years of shopping at your Kuilsriver branch I will never ever ever go.back there again. Surely you guys communicate to all levels of your staff the importance of customer service. I bought your combo of R129 if I'm not mistaken..which comprises of 7kg potatoes,7kg onions,butternut,carrots as well as sweet potatoes. I also purchased a box of tomatoes 3 avocados and a block of cheddar cheese. Before I go any further let me just mention that I don't have a car , so after purchasing all this I put it in one of your big trolleys with my 6 year old in tow I started heading towards pick n pay. I was stopped by one.your patrons (khanyiso),before even getting to McDonald's. He advised me that your trolleys are not allowed to leave the food *****s vicinity and I asked him isn't there anyway he can escort me with the trolley to pick n.pay as I needed.to get there and do my groceries. He rudely told me that these are the rules and I have to find another way of getting my shopping to pick n pay as the trolley was not going nowhere(because rules say so)..I.begged him to try and understand my situation as I do not have a vehicle and don't have any other way to get my purchases to pick n pay . Khanyiso blatantly told me to get my stuff out of the trolley as he was following rules. In the end I left my daughter(6 years old) with all my purchases and ran all the way to pick n.pay and asked.one.of the patrons for a.trolley( I had not made any purchases there mind you) and the guy happily followed me to where my daughter was standing and got it into the trolley.</p> <p>One of the things I have always loved about food *****s is the fact that it's affordable, i did not realise that your target market is individuals with cars that will.only use your trolleys within your parking lot.</p> <p>I am very disappointed and will not set foot in any of your stores ever again. I will also make sure I.share this lovely experience with all.my friends and family.</p> <p>Luyanda</p>
