shoplifting

I was at Fruit & Veg at Access Park, Kenilworth @ 13:25. i was standing in the queue waiting to pay. There was a lady with a trolley and in the trolley she had a open Shoprite bag. She had a little boy standing next to her. He took a small box of chocolates off the rack and put in the Shoprite bag while the lady was looking away. I told the security to ask the boy where he got the chocolates. After the the security ask the lady about the box she said i was mistaken... The security at the store, don't look at what the people are doing. All they do is point people to a available tills. The big problem i see is people shopping with open bags in the trolley. It looked to me that this was not the first time, he(the boy) have done something like this.
