Rotten fruit

I must say, had been having the worst service from the Fruit *****s in Jeffreys bay. It is now for ages that we in jeffreys complain about the quality of fruit and vegies in this store. Spoke to Managers on quite a few occasions without seeing any improvement. About 2 weeks ago after once again walking into a store that sell moldy fruit I complained on your website....Much did that help. Got an e-mail that said someone would come back to me....Still waiting. This morning I was once again greeted by frot fruit and veggies in the store. Spoke to a manager by the name of Dean who threatened me with civil action should I mention his name. Anyway Dean I will not mention you and the rely bad attitude. His words were that they dont have staff to remove vrot vegies and fruit and that they are busy with stock taking..So deal with it....not a way to talk to a client. I have send them an e-mail, only to have it returned due to there inbox being full. Tried to phone the client service number..Rings endless, no one answers. Tried the reception number at head office, Been on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for an operator. Tried the FB page, they said they will come back to me....That was 2 weeks ago on my first complaint..and again yesterday..
