Poor quality prawns

Good Day,<br> <br> I have a complaint that I would like to bring to your attention.<br> <br> I have always enjoyed shopping at your various branches and I have never had a problem regarding quality or freshness therefore I had no problem spending a reasonable amount of money at your N1 City branch (as I was doing my monthly grocery shopping). One of the products I purchased was a large bag of frozen, shelled and deveined prawns for which I paid R99.00, when I arrived at home I immediately froze them and used them the next day (I had fully defrosted them and deveined them again as alot of them had not been deveined despite the packaging stating that they are, before attempting to cook them), after literally HOURS of cooking the prawns were still 'glassy' in appearance and 'squishy' in texture - they were not pink at all despite the fact that they could not possibly be raw seeing as they had been cooking for so long. I was so dissapointed by this and it completely put me off of my food, When I told a friend of this she said that the same thing happened to her after purchasing the same product at your store so clearly the fault was not my mine.<br> <br>
