Poor quality of Mutton Sausages

<p>I've been buying your chilli mutton sausages for a few years now, and I've noticed how the quality has degraded since I first tasted them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your sausages have since become inedible.</p> <p>The last time I made a pack, every one of them had hard cartilage which you could not chew, and was quite frankly disgusting.</p> <p>This begs the question - what in heaven's name are you putting into your sausages???</p> <p>You should be putting in just minced meat, cartilage should never ever find it's way into a sausage.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, every one of your sausages which are pre-packed are open-ended at either edge of the sausage, so when you braai them, meat falls into the grill and fire.</p> <p> </p> <p>I used to love these sausages, but I will never buy these again due to the pathetic quality of meat being put into them.</p>
