Highly dissapointed and Upset

I bought Mince about 2 weeks ago at your brackenfell hyper branch. It was on the special for R49 a kilo. I asked the gentlemen working there is they have half beef half ostrich mince, as i have bought it there before. The guy told me yes they do its on the special for R49 per kilo. When i saw the label it said ostrich mince so i asked him is he sure its half beef half ostrich. He said yes he is positive it is, the only reason it says ostrich is they dont have the correct labels to put on the packaging. I confirmed with him about 4x to make sure its mixed. He said he will go ask at the back and when he came back he said it is 50/50. So i bough 4 packs. I only used it for the first time today and let me tell you i have never had such disgusting mince in my life. My whole family couldnt stomach it. I had to throw away my whole pot of spaghetti bolognaise as it was aweful. Let alone no one had supper and the amount of ingredients i added, what a waste of money and time. Im so upset and dissapointed. How can your workers lie like that to the customers. If he had been honest i would never have bought it. I dont know what you are selling but it doesnt even look like ostrich.
