Hair in fruit

A couple of months I to the attention of FVC hair which I found in their prepacked dates. I followed it up with two more emails but to no avail. The Access Park store requires some attention, especially when it comes to some quality issues. Given that most of the products are perishables, the shelf life when it gets home is only a few days before it is thrown away. Some of the veg is already old but still regarded as saleable, e.g green beans, okra, etc - how pathetic. According to my knowledge retail outlets are ranked according to certain criteria, so this could a poorly ranked store. To date no one has responded to my query - shame on you
