DUSGUSTING SERVICE AND UNHYGENIC

Disgusting and Unhygienic practices.

I popped into the Fruit and Veg and happen to drop the strawberries on the floor. The packer picks it up and puts it back on the shelf.

An argument started as he advised that when it happens they put it back and what is he suppose to do, throw them away?

I called the manager and he ends up arguing with me that they come from the farm and they dirty anyway.

My argument is that they not oranges or potatoes and this is not the farm.

The least they can do is wash them. He argued with me that I am lucky that they didnt ask me to pay for it and its he doesn't see why he needs to wash the strawberries off the floor when the customer will wash them any way.

The attitude is disgusting. One on One management is that you don't argue with the customer and address their concern and thank them for bringing it to his attention.

I am so livered with that they can do that, that I am going to ensure the health department inspect their facilities.

If you can do that in front of a customer what are u doing behind the scenes.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.
