Delicious quiche ...
... thanks to Moloto, the baker at Access Park's Fruit & Veg City in Kenilworth, Cape Town. I'd called and had been told "No problem - there will be quiches today (being Friday)" but when I got there nix. Facing a drive through to Diep River (miles from where I live) Moloto took it upon himself to make a delicious spinach and feta quiche which, by mutual arrangement, I collected at 16:00. This is to be served at a special function so, thank you, Moloto, for great service and a really happy customer.
