Customer care and *** just as useless at Fruit and Veg

Fruit and veg customercare should be renamed to don'tcare. Weeks after trying to get my money back from a double billing and numerous calls to the customercare number, they promise to get back to me but never do. In their defense they never gave me an exact date so it might be next year I think.

Can someone please assist with the number for division above customercare. maybe someone there will actually do something - like get back to me and maybe return my money.
