Cellphone ******* Inside Fruit n Veg Centurion

On Sunday 15 October 2017, I went to Fruit and Veg Centurion with my wife and 2 kids as it is my favorite shop. I was with one child, and my wife was pushing the other child on a trolley playing with my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Cellphone. While I was looking at fruits my wife was checking some curry, that is when ******* entered the shop distracted my wife - literally pushing her and grabbing the phone and running away using the entrance only door. The security guard saw all this happening. On speaking with the security guard, he could describe the suspects and all that happened - the lady was wearing a maroon pent while the guy he was with had a white Tshirt. When they entered the shop they looked suspicious, and he just watched them, thats what the security said. The security guard literally saw them enter the shop, follow us, rob us and led them out - to my understanding Fruit and Veg shops have one entrance, and you are not supposed to exit using the entrance. When my wife discovered what happened rushed to the control room for assistance from the security manager - She could not help at all which was very worrying - I was advised to leave an alternative number and that she would contact me the next day. That never happened and I had to drive to Fruit n Veg Centurion again on Monday to pursue. I was introduced to George who offered to check on the security footage. He took my photo and said he would get back to me. George later called to say he picked me on the security footage but the footage did not give him insight on what happened and he would need more time until Thursday to scrutinise everything, but up to now I havent heard anything despite leaving messages. He advised that I do not go to the police since he needed first to see what happened. The series of events are very worrying. I have suspicions on this whole incident. The security guard could have notified us of the pending danger if someone was following us and also he shouldnt have allowed suspicious people to exit using the entrance only door - This to me is very suspicious. Should woman and children be warry when shopping in Fruit and Veg shops? I also find it worrying that the security manager could not help at the time it happened making the suspects leavewithout any trace. The shop should have a full footage of what happened from the entrance and the security allowing ******* to exit on an entrance only door.. I require a full investigation and compensation for my ****** cellphone.
