bad service

Good day. On the 21s of January 2016 I went too food *****s market in kuilsrivier to do my shopping as usual. I accidentally lost or misplaced my phone when I got to the till. I asked the surveillance aswell as thr manager to check on camera just to make sure about the where abouts of my phone or if I have mistakenly left it at the till or in one of the isles. The lady told me that she will go check after her lunch break. I went again an hour later and I got a bad response, she said it would be too much effort to check. Both my husband and i left our contact numbers because they said theyll check into it and let us know, and its been almost a month now and still no response.I'm very disappointed as to how I was treated as a regular customer.
