bad service

I am really discussed with your service and your products , you expect when you something from fruit and veg it will be fresh . I came to your store on Saturday the 18/07/2015 to buy fruit avocado , bag of oranges , combo special , spinach . Out of this product I bought all 4 avocado were rotten , 3/4 of the oranges bag was rotten, only 1 bag of apple was not rotten . This is really not acceptable your service is appalling , when I phoned today the person who answered the phone handed over the phone to someone else without even saying anything I could hear the conversation . This is really unprofessional let along be followed around the shop till I got to the till and up until I left the till. I have never felt so insulted in my life . Now I will have to travel all the way from Gugulethu to Somerset carrying rotten vegetables and fruit . I will put this on hallow peter because people should know about you and the health inspectors should also know.
