Bad quality potatoes and onions

I have been buying from fruit and veg city Westgate Branch from the time they have opened. Always got good service from them but the last 4 months on numerous occasions when I bout pockets of potatoes and onions there were loads that were rotten. Because I got a big family we normally buy quite a bit from them. This is really not on as this eventually amounts to a lot of money
