Bad attitude and service

when I went to Fruit and veg city in bela blea, it was quiet empty and the was one till available with a lady called Elisa according to the slip. when I got to her counter, she looks at me and does not even greet me or say anything, instead she takes out a bag of coins that were separated and starts counting all her 20cents and 10cents that needed to go into the till, this took her almost 30min without even communicating to me or apologising. I was so mad and late for an event I just gave her what needed to be paid and I left, she did not even say a single word to me...This is the worst service I have ever received, I could not even complain to the managers as I was already late over 30min. Am sure not to buy from the fruit and veg when I come to bela bela.
