Unfair labour practices

Been working for this Company for over 2years years now. They are outsourced by MTN SA group. Be3n doing outbound calls and customer retention for them now October they have sent out letters of termination. Yes it was hard to accept though eventually accepted. Last day of working was set to be 20th October 2023. As expected and as per labour they were required to pay our salaries and total leave days not taken no insteanrgey gavr us a pro- rata of the salary and was told to expect leave payout on the 15 November 2023. Mind you all communication is shared on whatsapp, I was removed in that group for asking valid questions. People got their UIF forms and I didn't and I am not being notified since Thandi Manjuzu removed me from that group. Come the 15th of November we needed to ask where are our monies and we were told that funds have been loaded. On the 16 November later in the day people get communication that they have decided to pay month end. The date it is not even stated. Why as employees should we ne treated this unfairly. Their HR Karen Smith why did she lie and say salaries weree lloaded. Why must we now beg a company for our money. Why are they doo unprofessional in treating us this way. We have bills to pay and yet they are treating us like this. I just wanna be paid my money and move away from all this drama
