Uncomfortable pair of shoe shop refuse to take it back

Bought a pair of shoes within few hours I felt discomfort shop didn't take the shoe coz it's been worn, few hour very bad experience I have with them nw I'm stuck with an expensive pair of shoe I can't even wear
