Froggie Factory Shop Gauteng
It is with great sadness that I left my favourite shoe store today. They are closing at the end of this month. Not moving. Closing! 😭 The friendliness and knowledge of the staff will be missed! Can't you still relocate within Gauteng please?

Excellent service beyond the line of duty
The soles on a pair of Froggie shoes that l bought some time ago had started to disintegrate and as the uppers were still in mint condition, l contacted the company to see if they could be repaired at their factory. They went out of their way to accommodate me, sent a courier to collect the shoes, had them repaired and then returned them via the courier. All of this was done at their expense and without having to pay a cent, l now have a pair of shoes that looks brand new and will last me for years to come. Heads up to Froggie and their staff for going way beyond the line of duty! If only other companies, for instance Tsonga, would do the same.

Inconsistent shoe sized, bad customer service
This is a rating of Froggie's customer service via orders placed on their website. Do not make the mistake of ordering through the website. Their shoe sizes are inconsistent so you cannot trust that they will actually fit, even if their other shoes in that size fit you. Paid R120 for shipping. When shoe size did not fit, they confirmed via email that there would not be a fee for an exchange. It turns out they did not have the size that I needed, so they deducted an additional R100 before refunding me for the shoe. Size doesn't fit? Be prepared to fork out R220 per shoe. Really shoddy customer service and will certainly never risk placing an order through their website again.

Froggie Shoes are really shockingly overpriced
Froggie Shoes are really shockingly overpriced. I had numerous pairs that has not been worn frequently, and they just disintegrate upon wearing. Very very bad quality. Do not waste your money, its not worth it!!!

Froggie Shoes are really shockingly overpriced. I had numerous pairs that has not been worn frequently, and they just disintegrate upon wearing. Very very bad quality. Do not waste your money, its not worth it!!!
