Rude staff

<p>My mom was shopping at the Midlands Mall, Pietermaritzburg branch.</p> <p>She encountered a very rude staff member. This staff member asked my mom "Aren't you the lady that comes in to try shoes but never purchases?"</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, Froggie shoes are known to be comfortable, therefore it should be expected that people with "problem feet" would shop there.</p> <p>I personally have to try on a numerous pair of shoes in order to find ONE that fits well. If I don't find a shoe that fits well, I'm definitely not going to purchase same. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please ensure that more friendly staff are hired at your stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>There's not a single store that OBLIGES a consumer to purchase goods, just because that same consumer tried on goods, or came into the store to have a look at the shoes. </p>
