Payment made but no shoes delivered

Bought shoes online. No one answers the number provided in the e-mail. The blame gets shifted between the courier and them. When I check the status of my order, it says that the courier ( RAM) made an attempt to deliver my parcel but failed as no one was home - a lie! They promise to deliver within 5 working days - another lie! I feel like I have been ****med as I still haven't received my shoes after being promised 3 times.
