Inconsistent shoe sized, bad customer service

This is a rating of Froggie's customer service via orders placed on their website. Do not make the mistake of ordering through the website. Their shoe sizes are inconsistent so you cannot trust that they will actually fit, even if their other shoes in that size fit you. Paid R120 for shipping. When shoe size did not fit, they confirmed via email that there would not be a fee for an exchange. It turns out they did not have the size that I needed, so they deducted an additional R100 before refunding me for the shoe. Size doesn't fit? Be prepared to fork out R220 per shoe. Really shoddy customer service and will certainly never risk placing an order through their website again.
