I need full refund please

I did an online purchase of 2 pairs of sandals with Froggies. I was told I have to wait 2/3 days for delivery. After the 2nd day I called to enquire about my delivery and was told to wait a few days due to load shedding. I eventually got my delivery a week later which was last Friday. The black sandal I purchase for R1079 code 12393, I wore the Tuesday for the 1st time. After 2 hours of wearing this sandals, I feel my small small hurts. I took off and I had a blister. Today after 2 days the blister is pain full and I have to wear flops to work. VERY UPSET FROGGIE CUSTOMER.
