Good Service when you needed

<p>My wife has a problem with one boot (one-year old), I contact them and replay immediately, after sending a picture they requested to send to the factory for investigation.</p> <p>After some time, they request to go to Springfield shop where we normally do the purchases and give her the chance to purchase for the full amount we have paid before.</p> <p>We don’t what happen to that shoes, but Froggie was very understanding and generous and all the personnel dealing with us was very friendly and professional.</p>
