Froggies has no quality procedures for customers in place. The manufacturer takes no responsibility once shoes are in stores.
I bought Froggies sandals at Manhattan shoes Vereeniging in November 2017. They were on sale. The first day I wore the shoes the whole sole just disintegrated and chunks fell out. I phones Manhatan shoes who said bring them back and they will send it to froggies.
I do not stay close so I said I can just as well send itwhich I did.
A person at Froggies just phoned me to say that style was made in 2004. They take no responsibility for what happens with the shoes once they are in the shop. I asked him if they have no policy regarding this and he said NO it is up to the shops. So, he is just sending the useless shoes back to me. I said I am going to discuss this on Hello Peter. They do not seem to be concerned if I look at their response to other customers. One feels **********.
I find this upsetting. We all buy sale items. If you see a quality brand on sale you definitely want to buy it because of the good name of the item, not of the shop you buy it at.
Shouldn't businesses have quality control measure in place? What abut ISO or SABS or other quality measures?
In my opinion the only loser here is the customer because the bug is passed between manufacturer and shop. Why must customers pay for bad policies? The shop did not even give me a specified receipt. It is just a total of everything I bought. This one always realises too late....
