Froggie returns

I purchased a pair of boots online. It was really not good fit and I asked for refund. It's 2 weeks and they still have not collected the boot for refund. Every week I'm promised the courier will collect. It's a deliberate delay on their side. I have even been to store to process refund and was told it's not possible. Surely this is not acceptable and not aligned to consumer protection act.
