Froggie not replying to emails - boots opened after 2 months

purchased a pair of boots on the 05/12/22:

Style 12052 Black Size 7

Refer to attached photos, the shoe has opened, the top of the shoe is not attached to the heel

I paid R1839.00 for the shoes, surely it should be worn for longer than 2 months
