Faulty product and they want me to fix at my own cost

Worse customer service company I’ve ever had to encounter. I’ve bought 3 pairs in which my daughter already used two, two of them are faulty, one I’ve managed to glue the Velcro, the other one she just started using and the Velcro also came off but I couldn’t glue. The third one I wanted to send for you to check if it was ok as it is still in the box and Froggie rep**** that at my own expense I have to courier the shoes to Durban back and forth and also pay 30 rands to fix?! It will cost me a new pair of shoes just to courier them. I will though never purchase anymore any shoes from froggie and I do not recommend the kids leather shoes with velcro.
