broken heel / new shoe

I bought a froggies court shoe from a franchise Shoe style in kempton park and the shop closed down or they moved somewhere else. It was R820.00 and I bought it in May 2014, I only wear it for 08hrs shift and I'm in the office I dont walk up and down and when I bought I went on leave for a month and on training for one month in other words this a very new. In January 2015 the heel broken off and I took it to East Rand mall and I was told by the manager that they franchise they cannot help me and I ask if they can fix it for as they its new and answer was no.<br> <br> I am very upset and dissappointed with the product because I thought that I was buying a life time shoes not knowing that it wont even last for a year and the next when I return it I was told that they franchise they cannot help me if they cannot help then they not suppose to be selling those shoes. I used to buy shoes for R300 and those shoes they last at least 2yrs but this I did not expect from froggies. I will never buy their shoes again or recomend it to anyone. Just think about buying a pair of shoes for work for R820 and it does not even last you a year thats rediculous.<br> <br>
