Broken after 1 week! Poor quality, zero customer service, absolutely disappointed.

I bought this pair of Froggie boots from Mila's Boutique, Hout Bay on the 24th March 2023, one week later I noticed that the soles are coming away from the boot. Mila's response, take them to Barksole to get glued! Spending R1899 on a pair of boots surely shouldn't require going to get glued within a week. Note that I have worn these boots perhaps 3 times in 8 days! Perhaps the soles would be completely detached if I wore them everyday. The quality of these boots are shocking, and the customer service even more deplorable. I will not recommend this brand. It is made cheaply.
