ZERO service from FrogFoot Fibre

This is the 2de worst service I have ever gotten from a business....the worst was Eskom!.....at least I can score one...Eskom is getting zero in my book. Frogfoot do yourself a favor and take lessons from Octotel on how to run a Fiber company. Doesn't look like the people you employ know what they are doing, keep you on hold for 20min, then cut you off, so you have to go through everything again in order to speak to anyone. Eventually you get ahold of someone, they say the will get a manger to phone you back and nothing happens.....you are back to square one. Your boxes which you supply is cheap **** and not on standard. If I had any choice in the matter I would never ever want to have you as an ISP. Really terrible service
