Zero service and no feedback, your support requests means nothing to them!

I cannot even give 1 star as there is no service at all since 31 December, no feedback from Frogfoot or AXXESS the reseller of Frogfoot, they just ignore you, You have to search the internet yourself to find out what is happening with the service you paid for a month in advance, even then the reporting is very vague! STAY AWAY FROM THESE Two companies.
