ZERO communication or Service received.

ZERO communication from frogfoot via Afrihost on when installation can be done. Fibre has been order well over 21 business working days and there is no indication on when the installation will be done. Installation fees deducted from my account on the 28th of April but no installation done. Emails received indicated that up to three weeks before installation can be done. It’s now over three weeks and there is no indication of when this is going to happen. Excuses given that due to lockdown some subcontractors are not working, yet over the past two weeks I’ve had Frogfoot install fibre in two other units in the complex I stay.

Afrihost promises a three week turn around on installation, speaking to Frogfoot directly its 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks! What kind of Mickey Mouse show are you running?
