If i could i would give you 0 stars. Been waiting 4 weeks for an installation of fibre at my premises. Mweb is waiting for your tech to come and assist with the installation (just need a device there). Last update on Frogfoot side of the portal was 26 Sep 2024. No feedback, no assistance.

Im not sure if the guy is on holiday or doesnt understand his work.

Can you please just assist with this matter.
