Worst Service Provider of all time!!!

Another complaint this afternoon snd evening (Sunday) after already throwing my toys earlier this week. The fibre infrastructure is so bad that we can not watch any show without the response degrading to such an extent that it is unwatchable. As I said, I did complain earlier this week as well and was told same old story - I did tell the operator that their excuses are always the same and that the company does not seem to have monitoring or any proactive measures in place to rectify issues as soon as they happen - I can not believe a company can exist with such **** service in todays day and age????
